Tour Leader (m/w/d)

About Us

Putting FUN at the forefront of all our experiences, BlackBook Tours is a truly unique tour company operating in Munich. Our tour concepts are all one-of-a-kind, niche experiences that endeavor to build lasting memories for all of our guests. With a focus on the lesser-known facets of Munich life and culture, we currently offer a range of concepts primarily centered on nightlife and what lurks in the shadows.

The Role

Our tour leaders are ambassadors; welcoming visitors to the city by introducing them to an unexpected side of Munich. As BlackBook Tours is a creative and ambitious brand, we are seeking like-minded individuals to join our team as Tour Leaders in this vital customer-facing role. This opportunity is open to both professional tour guides in the Munich area as well as those looking to turn their passions into a fun side hustle.

What to Expect:

  • Entertain groups of visitors from all over the world; making them feel welcomed in Munich and delivering unforgettable experiences by putting your own unique spin on our concepts.
  • Choose your own hours. Our tour concepts range from 2 hours to full day experiences with varying start times from morning to night; giving Tour Leaders the flexibility to build their perfect schedule and work as much as they want.
  • Tour sizes vary by concept with “small-group” tours capping at 10 participants and “walking” tours capping at 30.
  • Tours run 12 months of the year – rain or (moon) shine.
  • Tour Leaders report directly to upper management.
